We're Back!

So I've been a slacker, what can I say? Little Dani has been keeping us busy that's for sure! "Little" Pea is not so little anymore at 20 months. Summer is here and Dani has been taking full advantage by learning to swim at the Miami Shores pool. She has learned how to jump in the pool and loves it. Unfortunately she does not know how to swim yet so jumping in the pool + non-swimming kid = heart attack for Paul & Heather. Little Pipsqueak is learning though, and is getting pretty good at her version of the doggy paddle. She also liked being dunked in the water surprisingly.

I will be posting pics from the first part of the year shortly, so stay tuned!

Here are the latest pics of our little one! Dani had a great time at the pumpkin patch helping to pick out this year's jack-o-lantern candidates. Besides all of the birthday festivities, there was still time to go to the beach and watch lots of football games with mommy and daddy.

Dani's Birthday Party!

Happy First Birthday Dani!

We can't believe our little girl is one year old already. Dani was a lucky baby and had 3 cakes - One at her daycare, one at home, and a third at her party on Saturday. Grandma Barbie and Debbie came into town for Dani's Bday. Lots of people came over to the house for Dani's birthday, and the kids had fun in the toddler playland. Thank you to everyone for all of the wonderful gifts and well wishes.

Dani Visits DC

Heather and Dani flew to DC to see Auntie Rachel and Jake! We also took a 2 day trip down to Richmond for Carrie's Bridal Shower and to see Grandma Barbie and Auntie Debbie. It was so much fun seeing everyone, and I had so much fun playing with Jake!

Happy 11 Months Dani!

Dani went to visit Uncle Renny and her cousins in Daytona and had a great time hanging out on the boat. Grandma Barbie also came to Miami to visit and will be back for Dani's one year birthday. All the time in the pool has made Dani love the water and she is happy when Grandma Lulu comes over for bathtime!

Our little princess is growing up very quickly. She has 2 teeth poking out of her bottom jaw trying to grow. Dani started day care last week and loves playing with the other kids. Seeing some of her friends walk has inspired Dani to walk more often! She's been practicing non stop and can walk across the room on her own, Go Dani Go!!

Only one more month till Dani's ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY!!

Happy 10 Months Dani!!

Dani is crawling at full speed now and is able to traverse large distances extremely quickly without regard for her safety. She likes cars and steering wheels, so we may have a little Dannica Patrick on our hands. She is able to stand on her own for extended periods and is about to walk as well...God help us! No teeth yet, although all of her baby buds have a bunch of them.

Summer was in full swing in Miami, so along with the searing heat came a lot of time in the water! Dani had a great time at the beach with Mommy and also went to the Miami Shores water park several times with her cousins Nani and Boobie. The Masongsongs were able to go to much cooler weather when the whole clan went to Ann Arbor Michigan for cousin Patrick's baptism and birthday. Grandma Barbie also visited this month and took Dani to the Miami Children's museum.

We can't believe our baby is growing up so fast! Happy 10 months Dani, love Mommy & Daddy.

Trip to Ann Arbor

Paul, Heather, and Dani went to Ann Arbor Michigan for cousin Patrick's baptism and one year birthday! Despite several delays from North-WORST airlines, the Miami crew had a great time up north. Click on the picture below for the full gallery.
